Anonymous said...: actually, i just see reality. i'm removed from the situation now, but it used to make me so mad when we would wait for maintenance people to come fix something, have them be there an hour and they'd leave to get back to their building in time for their "break". wow.; January 28, 2009 at 5:42 PM
